Anna Puckett

Anna Faye Puckett, 89, of Melber, KY passed away at 9:29 p.m. Sunday, April 21, 2019 at Parkview Nursing & Rehab Center. Anna Faye was a native of Bell City, KY and a member of Melber Baptist Church. She was devoted to her family and a homemaker. Anna Faye loved roses, gardening; attending and watching grandsons play ball.

Survivors include two daughters, Donna Kay Pryor and husband, Kenneth of Melber, KY and Lana Jo Johnson and husband Todd of Omaha, NE; one sister, Joyce West and husband J.T.; one brother, Wesley Lemons; four grandchildren, Barry (Pam) Pryor, Presley (Alaina) Lamm, Shane Pryor and Mitchell (Elizabeth) Lamm; one great-grandchild, Kirsten Lamm; several nieces and nephews.

Preceding in death was her husband, James Puckett; parents, Joel Lemons & Rudell Swift Lemons; one great grandchild, Jessie Pryor; and sister, Euple McClure.

Services will be held Friday, April 26, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home with the Rev. Presley Lamm officiating. Entombment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held Friday, April 26, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until service time of 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
