Betty Taylor Wood, 84 of Jackson, TN and formerly of Paducah, KY died at 11:00 p.m. Sunday, May 17, 2015 at Regency Retirement Center. She was a member of Lone Oak United Methodist Church, a native of Wingo, KY and a retired Grocery Warehouse Clerk.
Survivors include one daughter, Dr. Karen Wood, Jackson, TN; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Preceding in death by one son, Terry Lynn Wood, parents, Lynn Boyd Taylor & Mary Ila Hall Taylor.
Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2015 at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Steve Cavitt officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, May 21, 2015 from 9:30 a.m.- 10:30 a.m. at the Lone Oak Chapel Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
Expression of sympathy may be made to American Diabetes Association, Memorial and Honor Program, P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.
