Charles Osborne

Charles E. 'Ozzie' Osborne, age76, of Murray, KY formerly of Paducah, KY, passed away at 2:01 p.m. on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Baptist Health Paducah. Mr. Osborne was of the Baptist faith. He was retired pipefitter and welder and a 50 year member of Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 184.

Charles 'Ozzie' is survived by his wife of 20 years, Alicia A. Hare Osborne; daughter, Kristi Osborne of Lexington, KY; step daughter, Cheryl Petterson of Boaz, KY; son, Todd Osborne of Los Angeles, CA; step son, David Petterson II of Atlanta, GA; four grandchildren, Jordan Baker, Joshua Baker, Alexandra Petterson and Emmett Petterson.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Norris Eugene Osborne. His parents were, Norris and Addie Mae Bumpus Osborne.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Stan Reid officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
