Clovis Johnson, 90, of Paducah passed away at 9:29 am on Thursday, October 17, 2019, at Parkview Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Center in Paducah.
Mr. Johnson was an Auto Body Mechanic for Ray Mullen Motors in Paducah, an Auto Body Instructor for Paducah Area Vocational School in Paducah, a member of Massac United Methodist Church in Paducah, a former member of The Order of Odd Fellows in Paducah and a former member of West Kentucky Coon Hunters Association.
He is survived by his wife Jo Ann (Wilkerson) Johnson of Paducah; one son, Charles Johnson and wife Shirley of Paducah; one daughter, Janie Ottway and husband Vince of Paducah; six grandchildren, David Johnson, Doug Johnson, Richard Ottway, Rudy Ottway, Stacee Young, Casee Higgins; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Ruby (Barker) Johnson; sister, Rachel Collier; son, Charles Adkins.
Funeral services will begin at 3:00 pm on Sunday, October 20, 2019, at Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah with Bro. John Smithmier and Bro. Dan Tilley officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Paducah.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Sunday, October 20, 2019, at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions made to Massac United Methodist Church, 2065 Mayfield Metropolis Road, Paducah, KY 42001.
