Curtis Lee McClintock, 83, of Paducah, Kentucky passed away Monday, August 8, 2016 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center of Lourdes Hospital. He was born in Clinton, Kentucky. Curtis was retired from State Farm Insurance Company where he was an agent for 49 years. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Curtis was an avid hunter and was a member of the N.R.A.. He loved watching University of Kentucky play basketball.
Curtis is survived by his wife of 65 years, Doris D. Buntin McClintock of Paducah, Kentucky; daughter, Cynthia McClintock of Reidland, Kentucky; son, Chris McClintock and wife Elizabeth of Paducah, Kentucky; brothers, Billy McClintock of Bradenton, Florida, Johnny McClintock of Paducah, Kentucky; grandchildren, Michelle McClintock, Melissa Lea McClintock, Shane Forbis, Devon Forbis and wife Marlina, Cody McClintock, Jacob McClintock and Colt Sells; six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty McClintock and Wanda Beita; one infant brother. His parents were John Potter McClintock and Onita Vaughn McClintock.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 11, 2016 at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Pastor Kathy Redden officiating. Entombment will follow in the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 11, 2016 at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
