Cynthia Bouland

Cynthia Kay Bouland, 67, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away at 2:38 am Friday, July 17, 2015 at Southgate Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was employed in retail sales for 40 years in the Paducah area at Driver's, Jean's, Bright's and retired in 2011 after 17 years with JC Penney.
Cindy was of the Methodist faith and will be remembered as a beautiful lady who loved people and could brighten a room with her smile.
She is survived by her friend of 19 years, W.H. "Sonny" Fristoe, of Lone Oak, Kentucky; her daughter, Kim Morphew and husband Jimmie, of Reidland, Kentucky; her mother, Frances Zeiss Hassell, of Paducah, Kentucky; and her granddaughter, Lauren Morphew.
She was preceded in death by her father, Fred Hassell.
Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 pm Monday, July 20, 2015 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah. Rev. Aaron Dowdy will officiate with burial to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held from 4:00-6:00 pm Sunday, July 19, 2015 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 ST. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
