Dixie Jean (Fowler) Qualls, of Paducah, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 2, 2017 at age 82. She was a homemaker and a member of Gospel Mission Church.
Surviving is her husband of 64 years, Everette Qualls; one son, Michael (Karan) Qualls of Paducah; one daughter, Pam (Louis) Hayden of Paducah; two sisters, Sarah Campbell of Paducah, Judy (David) Franklin of Olive Branch, MS; one brother, Jackie (Sallie) Fowler of Paducah; two grandsons, Jacob (Lauren) Hayden, Kreg Qualls of Paducah; five great grandsons, Cole Hayden, Cylas Hayden, Crue Hayden, Brandon Qualls, Christian Park; two great great granddaughters, Bailey and Bella Park; one great great grandson, Braydon Park all of Paducah; several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Polly (McDaniel) Fowler and Bob Fowler; one precious grandson, Joshua Hayden.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at Hughes Funeral Home. Pastor Jim Wright and Pastor Jacob Hayden will be officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah.
