Doris K Rogers, 87, of Paducah, formerly of Memphis, TN passed away at 10:33 am Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at Lourdes Hospital.
She was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith.
Mrs. Rogers is survived by her daughter, Jeanie Watson and her husband Jim of Paducah; son, Tom Rogers and wife Sharli of Bowling Green, KY; four grandchildren, Lisa Bobo and husband Gary, Chuck Shelton and wife Lou Ann Curtsinger, Bonnie Rogers and Billy Rogers; two great grandchildren; Clayton Rogers, and Taylor Rogers.
She was preceded in death by her husband Albert "Gene" Rogers Jr.; two brothers, John E. Floyd Jr. and Charles W. "Buddy" Floyd. Her parents were John E. Floyd Sr., and Martha Robbins Floyd McKnight.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Rogers will be 1:00 pm Saturday, January 18, 2014 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Tucker officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation for Mrs. Rogers will be 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm Friday, January 17, 2014 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
