Edith Morris, age 87, of Clarksville, TN. Formerly of Paducah, died at 8:14 p.m. Friday, February 7, 2014, at the Walking Horse Meadows Assisted Living, in Clarksville.
She was a homemaker, and of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include her daughter, Detta Mitchell, and her husband, Walter, of Dickson, TN. Five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Morris, her son, Donny Morris, and two brothers. Her parents were Monroe and Margie Richardson.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 10, 2014, at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call after 10:00 a.m. Monday at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Alzheimer's Association, Greater Kentucky Chapter, Kaden Tower, 6100 Dutchman's LN STE 401, Louisville, Ky. 40205-3284.
