Edith Clark Till, 84, of Paducah passed away at 1:15 p.m. Friday, February 19, 2010, at Life Care Center of La Center.
She was a member of Southland Baptist Temple, a retired long-distance operator for Bell South and a member of Telephone Pioneers of America.
Mrs. Till is survived by two sons, Richard Coleman and wife Gina of Chandler, Ariz., and Jacob Till and wife Stacie of Paducah, Ky.; a daughter, Diana Mancillas of Colorado Springs, Colo.; 11 grandchildren, Michael, Scott, Rick and Paige Coleman, Greg West, Amy Martinson, Bubba and Tyler Mancillas and Taylor, Kallie and Jameson Till; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, L.A. "Pork Chop" Till; three sisters, Tiny Josephine Clark, Jewel Allen and Helen Reed; and three brothers, Victor Clark, Stoney Clark and Malloy Clark. Her parents were Isaac Lee and Fanny Eunice Lowe Clark.
A funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, February 22, 2010, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Dr. Harold Council officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until the service time of 7:00 p.m. Monday, February 22, 2010, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
A private family burial service will be held Tuesday, February 23, 2010.
