Fern Trover, 77, of Paducah passed away at 9:05 a.m. Friday at Lourdes hospital.
Mrs. Trover was a native of Bloomington, Ind. She was a member of the Bethel Holiness Church and was employed by Wal-Mart where she met everyone at the door with a smile.
She is survived by her husband, Cloyd Trover; three children, Roger Trover and wife Peggy, Carolyn Trover and Donald Trover and wife Jana, all of Paducah; one sister, Mary Hipkiss of Paducah; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Hines; one granddaughter, Jennifer Hines; and two brothers. Her parents were Primo Protto and Flora Crawford Protto.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Keeling Family Funeral Home with the Revs. Jeff Hartman, Harold Council and Jimmy Franks officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Friends may visit with the family today from 2 until 8 p.m. at the Keeling Family Funeral Home.
