Freddie Farmer

Mr. Freddie R. Farmer, age 77, of Mayfield passed away on Monday, August 1, 2016 at Green Acres Healthcare in Mayfield, KY.

He was of the Baptist faith and a retired employee of Edwards Trucking.

Mr. Farmer is survived by four daughters, Rita (Edgar) Merydith of Mayfield, KY, Teresa Ann Farmer of Mayfield, KY, Freda (Charles) Brown of Fulton, KY and Tammy (Butch) Madding of Fulton, KY; one brother, Thomas Farmer of Hornbeak, TN; one sister, Trudy Walton of Murray, KY; seven grandchildren; and eighteen great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Ann Elks Farmer; one great grandson, Joh'Aries Farmer; one great granddaughter, Joh'Reya Farmer; and his parents, Robert and Maude Forrester Farmer.

Graveside services for Mr. Freddie R. Farmer will be 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2016 at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Eric Farmer will officiate. Entombment will follow.

Visitation will be 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2016 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.
