George Lloyd Lawrence, 86, of Paducah passed away on Monday, September 29, 2014, at his residence.
Mr. Lawrence was retired from Modine as a manufacturing supervisor. He served in the U.S. Army and was a Korean War veteran, member of F&AM Lodge 127, and also a member of the Gospel Mission Worship Center.
Surviving are his wife, Dorothy Lawrence, of Paducah; and one son, Michael Lawrence and wife, Angie, of Frankfort, Ky.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marshall Lawrence and Versie Lawrence; and one stepbrother, Otis Lawrence.
Graveside services with military honors and Masonic rites will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 2, 2014, at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens with the Revs. Paul Hatcher and Jim Greenwell officiating.
