James Johns

Mr. James Thomas Johns, age 78, of Rio Rancho, NM, formerly of Graves County, passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at his residence.

He was of the Presbyterian faith and a retired accountant from Allied Chemical.

Mr. Johns is survived by his four sons, James M. (Cheryll) Johns of Rio Rancho, NM, Charles D. Johns of Albuquerque, NM, Ronald J. Johns of Louisville, KY and Michael D. (Kelli) Johns of Sterling, VA; one grandson, Casey Dark of Rio Rancho, NM; and three great grandchildren, Jhonen, Andalucia and Elyse Dark of Rio Rancho, NM

He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Joyce Ann Johns and his parents, Ernest and Dorothy Creason Johns.

Funeral services for Mr. James Thomas Johns will be 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Rev. Darrick Holloman will officiate. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at the funeral home.
