Jerry Nichols Sr

Jerry Dale Nichols Sr. age 66 of Paducah, a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend, passed away Monday, September 14, 2015 at 11;25 a.m. at the Baptist Health Care of Paducah.

Mr. Nichols was a native of Paducah and was of the Baptist Faith. He was a U.S. Veteran serving in the Army, Navy and Marine Corp. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Ethel Harden Nichols. One daughter, Paula Hillyer and husband Doug of Paducah. Three sons, Jerry Nichols Jr., Phillip Nichols, and Troy Nichols all of Paducah. Step father, Charles Ray Christopher of Paducah. Three brothers, Roy Nichols, Paul Nichols, Richard Nichols, all of Paducah. Three grandchildren, Jasmine, Chelsea, and Gavin. Three great grandchildren, Je'siah, Cadreon, and Na'lani. He was precede in death by his parents, Paul Nichols and Opal Lawson Nichols Christopher, two brothers Clyde Nichols and Phillip Nichols.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday September 18, 2015 at the Keeling Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Topper Council officiating. Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens with full Military Rites. Friends may visit with the family Thursday from 5:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
