Dr. Kenneth C. Wise, 83, of Paducah, KY passed away at 11:20 p.m. Friday, August 22, 2014 at his residence. He was a retired Dentist, who practiced in the Lone Oak area for 30 years, after his service in the Air force.
He is survived by his daughters, Dr. Kathy Wise and her husband, Dr. Michael Smith of Paducah, KY and Karen Jean Wise and her husband, Frank Hernandez of Fresno, CA; his grandsons, William Andrew Smith and Michael Riley Smith; niece and nephews, Cheryl Wise-Racey, Ken Wise, David Wise and Steve Wise.
Dr. Wise was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Jean Mullinax Wise, his brother, Carrol Dean Wise and his parents, Gerald Wise and Pauline Lester Wise Hunter.
Private family services have been held. Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
The family would like to express heartfelt gratitude to his caregivers, Lois, Tresa, Autumn, Jennifer, Sarah and Karen for their loving devotion and to Lourdes Hospice for their personal attention.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the American Heart Association, Kentucky Region, 240 Whittington Parkway, Louisville, KY 40222.
