Lane Peek
Services for Lane F. Peek Jr. 55, of Reidland, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah, with the Rev. Jamie Broome officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Peek died at 9:19 p.m. Sunday at his home.
He was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church and served in the U.S. Navy. He retired after 20 years of service at the Eddyville State Penitentiary with the rank of lieutenant. He was also a member of the Eagles Club.
Survivors include his son, Adam Peek, of Reidland; one sister, Judy Admire, of Guthrie, Okla.; and two brothers, Jerry Franklin, of Ozark, Mo., and Lyle Peek, of Reidland.
He was preceded in death by one sister. His parents were Lane F. Peek Sr. and Dorothy Lamkin Peek.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society, 3140 Parisa Drive, Paducah, KY 42003; or Immanuel Baptist Church, 3465 Buckner Lane, Paducah, KY 42001.
