Lolita Robison-Brown

Lolita Lee Brown, 83 of Paducah died at 12:50 a.m. Friday, May 9, 2014 at her residence. Lita was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She was retired co- owner of LeRoy & Lita's Restaurant and Truck Stop at Exit 3 for many years. Lita loved cooking, dancing and playing cards. Lita enjoyed people and was a native of Trigg County, KY.

Survivors include her husband, Oliver E. Brown; former husband Carl Bynum of Nashville, TN; two sons, Parris Bynum of Paducah, KY and Byron Vaughn and wife Susan of Benton, KY; six step-daughters, Rhadeen Wyatt and husband, Gerald of Paducah, Joyce Bloomfield of PA, Lynnette Leek and husband, Jim of Hopkinsville, KY, Teresa Perry of Paducah, KY, Tammy Vinson and husband, Charlie of Paducah, KY and Vanessa Lewis of Morris, ILL; two step-sons, Dale Robison and wife, Bobbijean of Hopkinsville, KY and Danny Brown of Paducah, KY; four grandchildren, Master Sergeant Chad Vaughn, Christa Dailey and husband Mark, Leslie Augustus and husband Chris and Robyn Reed; six great-grandchildren, Jacob Reed, Isaac Dailey, Emily Vaughn, Ethan Hill, Elle Augustus and Aubrey Augustus, several step-grandchildren and step-great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her 2nd husband Byron Vaughn, 3rd husband LeRoy Robison, parents, John A. & Ora Spurrier Savells, step-son, Bill Brown, one sister, Necia Austin and two brothers, Calvin Savells and John Savells.

Services will be held Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Lone Oak Chapel Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Ogden officiating. Entombment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call on Monday, May 12, 2014 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the Lone Oak Chapel Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
