Marie Hensel, 96, of Paducah died at 4:48 a.m. Sunday at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was a member of United Church of Paducah and a homemaker.
Surviving are three sons, W. John Hensel of Middleburg, Fla., Harold W. Hensel of Metarie, La. and
Roy Hensel of Paducah; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold I. Hensel and two brothers. Her parents were Jan and Maatje Nagelkerke Banning.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. Karen Winkler officiating. Enurnment will be Monday, April 28, 2008, at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
