Marion Young Page, 92, of Paducah, KY, formerly of Metropolis, IL, passed away at 11:53 am, Friday, December 30, 2016 at Parkview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
She was born to Jesse and Versie Steeter Wadeking of Metropolis, IL. She attended Massac County High School and was a faithful member of Immanuel Baptist Church of Paducah for 71 years. She retired from Paducah City Schools as a cafeteria worker and volunteered at Baptist Hospital for several years.
She is survived by three sons, Michael Young and wife Linda, Patrick Young, and Kelly Young all of Paducah, KY; one step daughter, Sherrell Sue and husband Darrell of Paducah, KY; eight grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 49 years, Harry L. Young; and her second husband, Joseph Page; her son, Gene Young; three sisters; and two brothers.
Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 pm Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Jamie Broome officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until the service time of 1:00 pm, on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at the Funeral Home.
