Martha McKinney

Martha June McKinney, 91, of Paducah, Kentucky passed away at 6:50 a.m. Monday, February 06, 2017 at Baptist Health Paducah. Martha was retired from Paducah City School System in Food Service and had worked at Sears.

She was a Charter Member of Concord United Methodist Church. Martha was a Kentucky Colonel and a Duchess of Paducah.

She is survived by her daughter, Pamela J. Ward and husband William C. "Bill" Ward of Paducah, Kentucky; sons, Donnie McKinney and wife Marcia, Eddie McKinney and wife Betty all of Paducah, Kentucky; brother, Howard Lynn Alexander of Jackson, Missouri; grandchildren, Traci McKinney, LeeAnn Ellingsworth, Patsy Robinson, Kim Royalty, Andy Roper, Nikki Allen and Dustin McKinney; nine great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Williams McKinney; one sister and three brothers. Her parents were Edward Samuel Alexander and Olear McChristian Alexander.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Paducah with Rev. Joel Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at the funeral home.
