Maudie Bloomingburg, 77, of Lone Oak died at 5:35 p.m. Saturday evening at Paducah Rehabilitation and Nursing Home.
She attended New Hope Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed her grandchildren, shopping and being with people.
Services will be held at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 13, 2009, at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev. Jeff Biggs officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be today, January 12, 2009, at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m.
Survivors include one daughter, Tyran Van Patter and husband Marshall; three grandchildren, Heather Cardin and husband John, Hayley Trevathan and Tyler Trevathan, all of Paducah; one great-grandchild, Taylor Trevathan; and several cousins.
Preceding her in death are her husband, Vernon Bloomingburg; her parents, Elmer Mounce and Pearl Seay Mounce; and one daughter, Tanya Bloomingburg.
