Ophelia Mae Lemon Rickman, 90, of Paducah, Kentucky, died Monday, August 15, 2016 at 2:43 am.
Mrs. Rickman was retired from the state of Kentucky, as an inspector for the Kentucky State Board of Cosmetologists. She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church.
Her survivors include a daughter, Theresa Rutland and her husband Randolph Kent, of Lake Barkley, Kentucky; two brothers, Bud Lemon and wife Jamie, of Summerfield, Florida, Ron Lemon and wife Diane, of Las Vegas, Nevada; two granddaughters, Mary Grace Rutland, of Lexington, Kentucky, Mary Glenn Hartup and husband Michael, of Jackson, Tennessee; two grandsons, Keith Rickman and wife Ashley, of Georgetown, Kentucky, Scott Rickman and wife Kaley, of Morgantown, West Virginia; two great granddaughters, LuAnne Grace Hartup and Stella Stone Hartup, both of Jackson Tennessee; five great grandsons, Brayden, Mason and Linden Rickman, of Morgantown, West Virginia, Eli and Emmett Rickman, of Georgetown, Kentucky; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceding Mrs. Rickman in death were her husband of 67 years, Leonard Glenn Rickman; a son, James Harvey "Rick" Rickman; a daughter in law, Linda Smith Rickman; a brother, Harvey Jackson Lemon; her parents, Pauline M. Roark and Marion C. Lemon; and a step father, Raba L. Roark.
A graveside memorial service will be conducted by the Honorable Shea Nickell at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Thursday, August 18, 2016 at 1:00 pm.
