Phornphimol "Mon" Hornbeak, 40, of Paducah, died at 7:50 PM Friday, June 26, 2015 at Baptist Health of Paducah.
Mrs. Hornbeak was a Floral Designer formerly for Cherry Broadway Florist and Green Door Florist and a member of Fountain Avenue Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Jason Hornbeak; father, Sam Ang Invichit of Malaysia; mother, Chan Man of Malaysia; two brothers, Praned Invichit and Artirath Invichit, both of Malaysia; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, July 3, 2015 at Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Gregory Waldrop Officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens of Paducah.
Friends may call from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Thursday, July 2, 2015 at the funeral home.
