Ruth Howe

Ruth Ann Turner Howe, age 72, of Paducah, Kentucky left her earthly home at 5:40 p.m. Monday, October 7, 2019 at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center. Ruth was a 1965 graduate of Lone Oak High School. She was retired from Easter Seals of West Kentucky.

Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Curtis “Peewee” D. Howe; one son, Richard C. Howe-Croft (Richie S. Howe-Croft) of Paducah; one daughter, Kimberly S. Nichols (Steven B. Nichols) of Paducah; one grandson, Brandon C. Howe; six sisters, Barbara A. Jones of Paducah, Sue E. Barnhill of Melber, Kentucky, Sharon K. Gough of Paducah, Donna J. Adams of Boaz, Kentucky, Saundra F. Peyton of Boaz, and Bonnie M. Carrico of Boaz; two brothers, Ralph Turner of Cunningham, Kentucky and Lee Turner of Biloxi, Mississippi; several nieces and nephews.

Preceding in death was her parents, Herman “Doc” Turner and Susie Elnora (Young) Turner Gleeson.

Services will be held Friday, October 11, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Homes with Dr. Willis Henson officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held Thursday, October 10, 2019 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Homes.
