Steve Swinford, 59, of Paducah, passed away at 3:45 p.m. on Friday, December 27, 2013 at Lourdes Hospital.
Mr. Swinford was of the Baptist faith, owner of Swinford Trucking, a board member of the McCracken Co. Animal Shelter and a member of Sharpe Masonic Lodge #737.
Steve is survived by his wife, Dalenia Gail Davis Swinford; two sons, Stephen Wayne Swinford II of Paducah and Timothy Dean Swinford and wife Crystal of Barlow; three grandchildren, Stephen Wayne Swinford III, Colson Dean Swinford and Conner Monroe Swinford; his mother, Maureen Burgess Swinford of Paducah; a sister, Linda Gail Oreskovich of Benton; two brothers, Chris Swinford of Paducah and Pete Oreskovich of West Paducah; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Alfred Wayne Swinford.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 30, 2013 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Romain officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
The Swinford family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until service time of 1:00 p.m. with Masonic Rites at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 30, 2013 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
